Iam from Coimbatore, currently in my 3rd year, Visual communication at Srishti. My passion for designing experiences and emotional design led me to take the 'project based learning' direction and so i can say with sufficient degree of confidence that almost a year of creating user focussed solutions for Nokia has given me the ability to understand people, whatever their background may be. My skills lie predominantly in graphic design, writing and illustration and am very interested in the film medium. The moon project, for me is very exciting because if i weren't into design, i would be studying astrophysics. It is also exciting to transmit the cultural and philosophical meanings of the moon to an audience that understand metaphors better than we do. After visiting the museum i am even more encouraged to see how a little sensitivity for design can make such a huge difference in such spaces.
