we read about david dunn and got to know how data could recorded and can be used in many ways i think the fact that we are going to collect some data and use it in some kind of presentation?...understanding processing though i am familiar with processing because we had done a project that we were going to use processing....
day 4
we used the arduino board ..and also understood how to make processing talk to aeduino and give a certain output ...overall this what we need to do in order to understand sensor..doing this we did a phycal pixal .

day 5 and 6
finding out the pollution standerds was easy but finding accurate data of a city that can be compaired is difficult.it sad to see that there is a site for a every new relesd movie but there is no recent data on pollution i dont think that the data that the government provides is correct ....
we facts that can be provided to the every person in the simplist form and also its effects..this project will be successful if ppl can understand and if a change is created ..
day 7
research on eco sculptures ,kinetic sculptures ,some processing basic,
day 8
working on sensors we had to come up with a way of using a sensor that isnt seen .. we came up with ideas that we could use a flex sensor which could detect open doors befire it slams shut... and also a way of useing it to detect wind velocity...but then we messed it up with sensors on the arduino board... the little difference in the ports on the arduino board made the difference..
day9
i thought was the most fun day as yet in this course.an evening couse with mark and victor at CEMA we got a little presentation on the basics of electronics, and alongside we did a few expperiments in order to get a better hang of it.mark showed his crazy sound box which was amazing that it made sound only from a 9 volt batery. the entire system of gates that we used was really cool. especially the oscillator circuit that we finally made, having an output through speakers was quite interesting. the varied kinds of sound that were created due to the sensitivity of the input LDR was awesome.plus iv been thinking that cema isnt all about processing im thinking to combine my capibily to product with electrical..3 year
15th July
we all had to finish the 100-odd page readings give to us. the write up had paragraphs which some what explained what we had and as to what we were supposed to be doing.more of insperation ". Victor joined us to speak about his projects."in the air"etc.
20th-30th July
we were intodu ced to thing about wamp and wordpress went way over my head so honestly i was completely confused about what happened.pachube, and we also started thinking about using a sensor and pachube together to make something worthwhile. we thought about making a poll counter and take a general pole in college, but then it didnt make much of sense to involve pachube and sensors in something like a poll machine.but i still dont get it in the end it would still collect information so we decided to use a light sensor to show a constant change in the weather. we used an LDR, which depending on the sunlight gives values. we tryed to make it intresting by getting pictures on it
we also met these scintest and tryed to understand what they want the final goal quite clearly seems to be bringing about a change in government policy regarding pollution.but that is an extencive project some random object isnt that solution i thin it requires a proper campagin which goes from top to bottom..but right i think our aim is to at least get people started to talk about the issue
HACKTERIA!!! iv always liked messing wid electronics and messing with the web camra was crazy .. ihad always had thought of that ....more crazy was the orginism we are really not alone it was dam cool thats all i have to say
3rd-9th August
we were discussing about products that we could make to bring about pollution awareness, victor showed us a presentation on visual language, just general products, mostly fictional, but bringing out a thought or idea or awareness, which was quite useful for us as we are working on bringing out pollution awareness.we thought it would be good if we modified products that were very indian in order to get to the indian masses. we thought about incense sticks, lanterns, rangolis and things of that sort. we were working on how we could modify these things for the theme of pollution awareness.

after all this i have quite decided what i would do for my specilization.....proberly product with technology.. In order to find some time for myself I decided to search for service that could supply me with the prime quality custom essays at prices that would be reasonable enough. augmented reality is quite intresting i some how have that virtual object in this real world ....without screen and stuff ...i wold love to do a diploma project where my product would pop out of the table...
finaly we have worked out our techonology part of our tshirt...but the review with rustam kumkum and victor was critical i knew tht our tshirt was not up to the mark...i would like the seniors to help us uot with the visual communication part of it
21august - 3rd september
we had to go document our tshirt properly which i understand because it was too amateur the problem here is that i had already anticipated that with the led strip the lungs would not look good because it would look like blocks soo we wanted to do the shirt in el wire ... things were looking good because we got el wire and all we figured it out on the circuit which was interesting but there was a problem of charging the el wire ..it needed inverters which wod not make it potable and there was a good chance that we could electrocute the person wearing it..

this link was on how to prepare the el wire for the circuit it is quite helpful soo we got back to our led strips..now the challenge was on communicating the message through honestly i dint want lungs because it would look blocky but still we had to do lungs....
while this was hapening we had to also construct our o2 pump i wont now blab abt construction because it very simple
by now our tshirt was working with multiple led strips i was still sad over the look of it i soo wanted the el wire
7th - 16th September
the above picture were taken while i was in delhi attending a funeral....i wanted to go for the documentation honestly i did not think the tshirt was that bad or that great it was ok .... i let it go as it is like those projects that i would do in the future the pump i got back some 4 sheets of acrylic from delhi hopeing to make two petrol pumps but as i get back i get to know the we only had to document it now but i wanted to do the pump because i think it is a good idea ....we guys sat and thought abt it and dhruv came up with a concept on how we should have 1 plant inside the pump that would look like we are harvesting oxygen and it became our inside mechanism this concept also went with the theme of how in future there will very few plants left soo "the last plant on earth"...the plant added to the aesthetic beauty to the pump im not using big words just like that it actually did the pump was one of those ideas which i could see in this magazines that i really like "archives" it is a magazine filled with pictures of crazy concepts advertisement i will not go about the construction because it not rocket science
we had to document all our work which was no big deal
17th September
sitting in colledge partially high updateing wiki and thinking about last 12 weeks weather it was a waste or a success
success not exactly the way i pictured but it was definately better than some faf that i would had to do ....we had products ready we had ideas we finished it in time the pump looked good the t-shirt looked ok electronically i know things are possible a lot of things are possible which i know are going to help me in future i pretty convinced about my product building skills and i know a little bit of techno shit would make my products "kick ass" soo in that way i feel it is a success and it was a good choice of course
